Tiho is born on July 29th 1961 at Cetinje the Mediterenian city in the very heart of Europe. Cetinje, also known as The Valley of Godsafter the legend, is one of energetic spots on the world's energy map. People who are born and raised at these places differ from others and within themselves carry science and art.
Tiho started art academy at the age of twenty-seven and majored as the best student in his class. Before studding art, Tiho studied engineering although has decided that this was not his biggest passion. In the meantime Tiho has founded an organization ArtKok through which he has managed a city theatre, four music bends and various dance groups. Tiho has formed a local radio at the city of Cetinje and managed it for few years. Upon his graduation from the art academy Tiho spent five years in Italy and six months in Paris visiting famous world's museums and studding the masterpieces of the world's best artists ever. Tiho has organized nine personal exhibitions at various cities in Europe. Tiho has unofficially reached a Geniuses record thanks to the number of the people who showed up at the very opening of one of his exhibitions. According to Montena-Fax, in Podgorica, 1998, at the opening of Tiho's exhibition there was about eight thousand five hundred people attending this event.

Tiho has been invited to lecture the young students at the academy of (art critics and the history of art). Tiho's paintings shine with positive energy; some scientists claim that his artwork cures people. Tiho has written a script for film Soul Naked which he also plans to direct.
